Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the US and Canada.

How do you ship?

Items will be shipped Expedited Parcel via Canada/U.S.Post to destinations inside Canada and the United States. This includes a tracking number and insurance for every parcel.

When we ship within Canada, we will charge taxes on the package depending on the province it is being shipped to. Since the package is being shipped within Canada there will not be any brokerage fees, custom fees, border fees, bond fees, tariffs, duties or taxes to pay when the receiver takes delivery of the parcel.

When we ship to the United States, we will not be charging you taxes on your package but it must go through U.S. customs. Please note that brokerage fees, duties and taxes may apply after your package crosses the border into the U.S. The payment of brokerage fees, duties and taxes for novelty gifts and other items are the responsibility of the receiver when they take delivery of the parcel.

Delivery to Canadian provinces normally takes 3-5 business days. Delivery to the continental United States takes from 3-7 business days. This is an estimate only and may vary depending on weather, time of year etc. Saturday & Sunday delivery is not provided.

Can you reserve a product for me?

While we can't reserve in-stock items, we can hold your purchase for in-store pickup and let you save on shipping.Sure! If a product is out of stock, you can reserve it and we will let you know as soon as it arrives. Just send an email to with the details and your contact information. 

Can you order a product for me if you don't already carry it?

Maybe! Certain items (like boardgames) can be custom ordered in as little as a week. For other items, it depends on whether we already carry other products from that company, their minimum quantities and our interest in carrying that particular product. Send us an email to with the details and your contact information and we will get back to you.

ONLINE Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your items to Über Cool Stuff for a store credit or refund. All items must be returned within 14 days of your order date for a refund.

General Return Guidelines:

On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), write the reason(s) for return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship, prepaid and fully insured, to:

Uber Cool Stuff is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. All of our shipping options come with a tracking number for insurance purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in new condition or apply a damaged fee of up to 100%.

If you are making a return, you must pack the items securely in their original product packaging to help eliminate damage during shipping. Please return the items to Über Cool Stuff in the same condition they were sent to you. 

Shipping charges, free shipping promotions and other coupon offers/discounts will be deducted from return. 

We will notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Defective, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items:

You must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date. We will give you instructions on how to prepare the package.

If the item proves to be defective, we will issue a replacement or refund the price of the item plus your original shipping costs. 

IN-STORE Return Policy

Items bought at the store can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase. Please bring your receipt when attempting to return an item. Credit notes do not expire. 

Please note that Über Cool Stuff does NOT offer refunds. 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange without the original bill or if the item has been damaged. 

Discounted items cannot be returned OR exchanged.
