Retro Electro Sideshow

Run away and join the circus!

On June 14th, downtown London is playing host to the coolest trans-dimensional travelling sideshow ever!

As part of the London Fringe Festival’s Nuit Blanche, a whole block of Dundas will be transformed into the Retro Electro Sideshow - a crazy collection of contraptions and contrivances constructed to engage, amaze, and amuse the milling masses. The sideshow will run from 7 pm to 1 am and promises to be a combination of old school circus and interactive high-tech wonders.

Uber Cool stuff is partnering with UnLondon and various talented individuals and groups to make this happen, and there’s plenty of room for you to join!

Want to be part of this awesomeness? There are lots of ways you can help.

Plan, build, and decorate attractions. We have several projects on the go that could use your help finding supplies, putting things together (from carpentry to electronics to painting), and figuring out how to make it awesomely fun for people to interact with.

Entertain! From strutting your stuff in a cool costume to ad-libbing some interactive street theatre to performing as a DJ - you can help bring the sideshow to life!

Give it up! From loaning A/V equipment (audio systems, lighting systems, projectors) to throwing some cold, hard cash our way – if you want to help make this circus as awesome as possible, let us know!

Just email to let us know you want in on the shenanigans!
