Some of our favourite "little" games. They tend to be portable and quick to play - great for travelling! Some (like Sushi Go and Coup) are best-sellers and sure-fire hits. Others (like Arboretum and Tides of Time) are a lesser-known picks - perfect for that friend who already has a bunch of games!
Don't let the simple beauty of the cards in Arboretum fool you. This is a challenging and deep strategy game! It plays 2-4 people in about 30 minutes. $19.95
Coup is a great exercise in bluffing and "take that" for up to 6 players. In as little as 10 minutes, you can lie, steal and assassinate your way to victory. $19.95
Tides of Time has been one of my favourite games this year. It's a two-player card drafting game. Take turns choosing cards and in only three rounds, it's all over. For a tiny game, this one offers a lot of tough decisions. $17.95
Kittens in a Blender often makes people cringe at the name, but the adorable art and fun gameplay wins them over. Save your kitties and send your opponents' to the blender! $19.95
Age of War is a favorite dice game of mine. It's super-portable, accomodates up to 6 people, and has a satisfying amount of "messing with your neighbours." $19.95
Sushi-Go is kid-friendly, but has enough strategy to keep it interesting as a light game for adults. Pick a card to keep, pass your hand, and repeat. (And did I mention how cute the art is?) $19.95
